According to the commentary text accompanying the original posting of this page, this is an early instance of me writing the layout one way and Will taking it in another. That's his prerogative...as far as I'm concerned, the artist is effectively the director of the comic, and in film, directors trump writers.

In TV, however, the showrunner is king...and comics tend to be more like TV than like film. For me, this just means that I occasionally have to pull rank for the sake of the BIG PICTURE, but that rarely applies when it comes to our competing visions for a page. 99 times out of 100, I defer to Will, which is as it should be.
