I was literally just saying in this space that Will's work on establishing setting in splash pages was rapidly becoming a real feature of the comic and real high point of his work in particularly. I was realizing that when these pages posted -- but I didn't know it when these pages were written.

I actually worried in the original commentary text for this page that perhaps we were overdoing it with the splashes. Hell no.

Play to your strengths, especially when you're starting out. No one ever went wrong by showing their best stuff.
